At Trinity, we want to break down the walls between the Humanities subjects, and want to give our pupils a sense of place, history and culture, whilst also seeing the importance of religious and world view beliefs.
Our programme of study should help the students to take up their tasks in life, such as:
- being part of a fellowship
- within marriage
- in bringing up children
- acting as a responsible citizen
- to work and make wise choices regarding resources and possessions
- to have a concern for the poor, sick and aged
The approach to the course, which runs throughout Key Stage 3, aims to inform students in such a way as to promote sensitivity toward, and understanding of, other cultures. Areas of topic include South Africa, Japan, the Caribbean, India, Russia, Judaism and Islam.
From one human being He created all races on earth and made them live throughout the whole earth. Acts 17:26
